These lists are not meant to be inclusive in any way. These are just some quick markers to consider as you are either reacting fearfullyto your experience of life or responding lovingly to it. The truth is, since our true nature is love, we already know, deep within our core whether we are living from fear or love. Fear is only the symptom of a temporary disconnection from our true nature. Let’s become more conscious of those moments when we are choosing to react out of fear instead of responding out of love. In this way we become ever-more able to transform our unconscious, fear-based, programmed reacting into conscious, love-based, spontaneous responding.

Bill, I love the power of your lists!
Just reading the list of perceptions/patterns related to fear makes me feel the need to shake it off! The powerful thing is that most of the negative energetic patterns are unconscious and we create them unknowingly.
Thank you for bringing these beliefs and behaviors to consciousness for review!

Lisa,
Thank you for reading and for your affirmation! There is so much for us to let go of, and yet the power of love is so much greater than anything we cling to out of fear. As we allow more and more love into our lives we discover that our fears are not nearly as much fun as the increased perceptions of goodness, beauty, and truth that come with abundant love! Again, thank you!
Bill, I used to teach a certified trainer program that had a half-hour section tucked into it on how to respond and not react – your list above would have made a great addition to the handouts. Markers do help.
That tiny piece of the two-day program was my secret favorite, and certainly the part that had the most impact on participants. Yet they’d never have thought it was important to becoming a great trainer before they experienced it. There’s so much power in realizing we are at choice with this.

Karilee, Thanks for the comment! In any situation where we are dealing with people (even if it is only ourselves), responding from a place of choice as opposed to running unconscious, fear-based programs is going to help us. There’s way too much reacting going on right now (people buying into fear such as they are). Love really is the key to responding, because love is thoughtful, kind, patient, humble, and so many other things. In love there are not assumptions being acted upon, but rather empowering questions being asked whem which we can reframe circumstances in ways that support our true nature and desires. Thanks again! Blessings!
