Where there is life, there is change. Any attempt to keep things static leads to death which is just stuck energy being redistributed according to the law of love. The universe is a sea of energy with infinite currents and waves and flows. By opening and developing our abilities to receive and act upon inspirations and intuitions, we can continue to grow and develop as individuals and as a group. The only thing that creates stuck energy is fear, and fears are only energetic patterns that disconnect us from Love. Love is life. Love leads to change because love is the Power of Life. Our challenge is to constantly increase our connection to Love so that we do not allow fear to hold us back from fulfilling our destinies as cells of love in the body cosmic.

To live a life without limits or constraints, we must become defenseless. Defenselessness is the state of being where a person does not have any defenses against potential threats. The defenseless person also does not need to create new defenses in the face of what most people would call dangers, threats, accidents, disasters, etc. I would like to suggest using other words and phrases when referring to these types circumstances—perhaps opportunities for learning, love, or growth; challenging circumstances or even blessings. Call me crazy. I can take it.

So, what are the benefits of becoming defenseless?

Life without defense is a life without limits. When we are defending against anything, some of our energy and attention is going to maintain the defense against some scary thing. This also means that we continue to attract scary circumstances to match the frequency or vibration that created those defenses in the first place. In other words, defenses are very distracting and draining.When we have access to all of our power without any of it being drained or diverted to defense systems, anything becomes possible. Anything!

The only way that I know to become completely and permanently defenseless requires the acquisition of Spiritual Power. The possession of this power gives a person powers, gifts and abilities that lie far outside the perceived boundaries of most people at this time.

If one is defenseless, then one is very powerfully connected to her intuition. There are two aspects to this. First, there is no power being diverted from intuitive faculties. One’s intuition is fully-connected and fully charged. Second, the effectiveness and power of one’s intuitive ability increases because there is nothing to hinder the defenseless person’s intuition. The defenseless person sees reality transparently. It is like supercharged, x-ray vision. Unlike Superman, a defenseless person can even see through lead and substances with much higher densities! In this state a person has the ability to sense threats and opportunities very clearly, allowing her to make the most of the available opportunities and minimize the impact of (or completely avoid!) potential threats.

For many of you what I am writing about may seem impossible. It’s okay to think that. I am writing this to give you hope, to inspire you to believe that you may not need to be bound by fears and the defenses they create. You don’t need to be on your guard ever or forever! Your defenses actually make you less safe and secure because they attract what you don’t want and make it more difficult to see threats before they arrive! You can be totally and completely free to be your true self, do what you are here to do, and to love yourself and others with complete and total abandon. I’m planting seeds so that they may grow in your consciousness, eventually manifesting their glorious fullness in time. If something can be perceived, it can be achieved! If only one person perceives something, then it is possible for anyone to perceive it. Defenselessness is not exempt from these laws of life! Seek that which will make defenses unnecessary!

 There are excellent reasons why people do not experience all of the money and abundance they desire. It all comes down to how their energy systems are set up. Most people have very strong defensive force fields that actually repel money and many other forms of abundance from coming to them. These very same force fields also attract circumstances that are not conducive to the experience of abundance.

One of the biggest force fields repelling money and attracting poverty are the frequencies of: “I’m not worthy. I’m not good enough. I’m a terrible/lousy/no-good/evil/selfish/despicable person.” These force fields are very common for many people.

Here are some of the dynamics of this particular energy system:

It attracts like energies to itself. Clinging to these kinds of energies will attract all kinds of like energies, experiences and perceptions. Let’s say that you have a creative idea that could give tremendous value to other people. If you have the “unworthy” force field in operation, you may take no action on the idea. You may start taking action on the idea, but stop because this particular force field often manifests itself as a fear of criticism.

It tends to keep us very small. Many of us are being called to be of service to many more people than we are currently serving. How can we truly serve anyone if we are unworthy? What could we possibly have to offer?

This energy pattern also tends to keep us thinking about what we can get or take from other people (without them realizing it, of course!) This is because we feel unworthy to receive it just because we asked for it and because of who we are. If we believe that we are unworthy, there is little or nothing of significant value that we can offer to others.

It drains power from your power core (spirit/soul). You will be more tired, have less energy, feel more depressed, and have many more situations that cause to think and feel unworthy things.

For many people it leads to excess weight (in it’s strongest manifestations, often morbid obesity), all manner of skin conditions, and other health- and hygiene-related issues that call for our attention and energy. Once again, the sense of our own unworthiness is being reinforced by these conditions.

This energy field is also particularly challenging because it so easily harmonizes with so many other restrictive force fields. One reason for this is because it is an energy system directly tied to our identity, our sense of who we are. This energy field is constantly sending us the message that we are unworthy. If we are inherently unworthy, then all kinds of other force fields can resonate with that energy. For example “I don’t deserve X. Who am I to even want Y?”

The law of displacement says that two energies cannot occupy the same space at the same time. So as long as anyone carries these kinds of energies around with them, other different, more enjoyable energies are going to find a lot of challenges getting into their lives because there’s no room for them to take up residence. There is no room at the inn.

This system of force fields is just one example. There is no need any longer for anyone to keep these energy systems running in their lives. There are so many tools and techniques available to help each and every one of us eliminate these defensive force fields and restrictive energy fields so that we can literally allow abundance in all of its forms to flood into our lives.

Let’s pretend that you are the captain of a mining starship. You have received confidential information from a trusted friend that a newly discovered planet with a very thick crust that is mostly made up of gold, platinum, and diamonds. (Yes, these resources are still considered precious, in this particular future!) It doesn’t have any biological life forms on it, so you can mine it in accordance with intergalactic agreements. (And no, I haven’t seen Avatar yet! They did have a nice publicity campaign, though!) OK, back to your story…

You are in your ship in the space dock above earth getting ready to depart for the opportunity to mine the unimaginable riches of this distant world. Your docking clamps are released and you maneuver the ship out of the dock very slowly at minimum power. Once your ship is clear, you have the helmsperson set the coordinates and flight path to the planet of diamonds and precious metals. You give the order to the helmsperson to engage the space-time inversion circuits. They are set. You say, “Let’s go!” All of a sudden there is a whining sound, the lights go dim, and your crew members look into their now-flickering holoscreens with confused looks on their faces.

You ask for a report from the power core team, and they say that there isn’t enough power available to engage the inversion circuits. Then you are told by the commander in charge of engineering that your force field conduits are “completely overloaded.”  Nearly all of the power core’s energy is being transferred to create a super-powerful, multi-frequency energetic force field around the ship. Because of this ou only the minimum life support functions are available. (Yes, the food replicators are offline as well.) The ships sensors are down too. You are flying blind. Well, not really flying since your engines are without power as well. Your ship is nearly dead in the cold and darkness of space. The best it can do is limp along using it’s tiny maneuvering thrusters.

This is how most people respond when faced with incredible opportunity (if they even recognize it in the first place!). So much of most people’s energy is tied up in their defensive force fields that they are flying blind and rarely (if ever) able to power up their engines to travel quickly to their desires. By flying blind, I mean that while the person’s biological sensory systems may be intact, the mind and emotions are not able to process those inputs correctly. Also intuitive abilities (long range scanners) are seriously compromised as well. Time-space inversion maneuvers and quantum conversion jumps become impossible under these conditions as well. The starship is a metaphor for our bio-bodies, our vehicles of manifestation in this universe. Most of our bodies are so tired that we can’t get them to do what is necessary to achieve our objectives, just like the ship in the story above.

So what’s my point? To achieve holistic success and experience the joys of living at warp speed, we must make our focus the elimination of our numerous and harmonically-resonant defensive force fields. This is the only way to get what we truly want. It’s the way of success for every holistically-successful person on the planet who has ever lived, is living right now, or will ever live. It’s just that this process has been accomplished by people unconsciously for the most part. At least until now! Let’s bring those shields down, power up your engines, and get those sensors back online so you can race toward your hearts desires easily, instantly and joyfully!

I am going to share something with you that has taken me a long time to learn. But if you apply it to your own daily habits and practices, your life will take off in ways that you cannot imagine.

One way to look at human beings is through what I call the four levels of power. I have continually found these four distinctions to be incredibly useful in my life. They are probably not new to most of you:

• Physical
• Mental
• Emotional
• Spiritual

These realms of power have been listed in ascending order of relative frequency, meaning that the energies associated with each level are increasingly refined, and therefore more powerful, as you go down the list.

Think of how much more powerful an atomic bomb is compared to a stick of dynamite. The atom bomb derives its power from forces that operate at the atomic level (relatively more refined). The dynamite derives its power from the molecular/chemical level of energy (relatively less refined). As another example, who makes more money? Is it the construction workers who are actually building a skyscraper or the people who envisioned the skyscraper in the first place?

This understanding of relative frequency has been absolutely huge for me. I have found that spending time and effort in developing habits and applying disciplines to these four levels of power in accordance with their relative frequencies has helped me to transform my entire life.

I emphasize working consciously on all four levels of power because of my personal experiences. For a long time, I just focused on developing the soul level of my being (the subtlest level of power yet discovered) and applied spiritual disciplines to that level of my being exclusively. I believed that that the other levels of power would soon fall into line as I worked exclusively on developing my soul.

Well, I found that (while there was a lot of truth to this belief) I had made a significant error in my interpretation of Jesus’ teaching to “seek first [God’s] kingdom…” (Matthew 6:33 NIV). For a very long time, I interpreted this to say, “seek only [God’s] kingdom…” And while I am grateful that I created such a strong soul foundation, once I started consciously incorporating disciplines related to the emotional, mental and physical realms of power, my life really took off in incredible ways. I want the same for you.

So please, please, please in your habits and disciplines give your time and attention to the development of your four realms of power in accordance to their relative frequencies! By this I mean that you more give time and focused attention to each realm of power’s relative frequency increases. Take consistent daily actions with regard to these four energies of your life, and you will see your life become a constant stream of incredible miracles!

If you are reading this blog, you probably understand that everything is energy. This is one of the major shifts happening in human consciousness right now. I want to give you a distinction that has been a key to my success over the past 13 years.

I once listened to an interview of Stuart Lichtman by Bob Doyle of The Secret.  Stuart said something really profound. He said that the greater the subtlety of the energy, the greater its power. I know this is true from personal experience.

Just in case these ideas are new to you, there are four main levels of power that make up a person’s being:

• Physical
• Mental
• Emotional
• Spiritual

This isn’t new to many of you. What might be new is the understanding that these four levels of power become more subtle as you go through the list. Physical energies are less sublte (therefore less powerful) than mental energies. Emotions are more powerful than the previous two energies. And spiritual energies trump them all. I’m not saying that you are going to pray for 20 years straight, and everything else is completely automatic. We have bodies for very good reasons. Using our minds and hearts are essential to accomplishment in this world. I’m saying the spiritual or the soul-level of being is able to powerfully influence these other energy systems. You could, by focusing primarily on the soul-level, transform all of your other energy systems. Since most *(including me) do not have the desire or the discipline needed to accomplish this unique feat, I’m going to offer an alternative.

Since everything is energy, everything about your life is completely changeable, malleable, shiftable. And I don’t mean over long periods of time. I’m talking instantly. By operating consciously upon the physical,mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of being, we have the ability to change our circumstances instantly. All energy is connected, and a shift in your energy fields creates shifts in all other energies that are either of the same frequency or below those frequencies. When you work at the level of energy, subtle shifts can create enormous changes. You have the ability to recreate your life in an instant. To do this, you must let go of those things that you have attracted and created to keep you safe. You can create complete and absolute freedom and magnificence, or you can choose to experience fear and limitation. You get to choose. Actually, you are choosing this very moment.

If you want to completely transform your life, choose to invest time in focusing consciously on developing all of your levels of power every single day. Give each level of power time in proportion to their relative power, and your success will be at hand. It already is.
