Superpowers!

Everybody has one (or more) whether they know it or not. What are yours?

When I was a kid, I always wanted to be a super hero with cool superpowers. Little did I realize that I had them and didn’t know it! The same is true for you too!

So what are  yours?

Super-speed?

Super-stealth?

Inspiration?

Intelligence?

Compassion?

Empathy?

Storytelling?

Humor?

Healing?

Speech?

Writing?

Design?

Love?

Peace?

Joy?

Wisdom?

The ability to bend space-time?

Drawing?

Music?

Marketing?

Finance?

Business?

Creativity?

Craftiness?

You get the picture. Everyone has a unique combination of characteristics that combine in a singular unreplicated package-you!

Who you really are is your gift to the world. Allow your passions to guide you in applying your super powers for the betterment of the world, and you will find that there is nothing that will be able to stop you from making a huge difference for a whole bunch of people.

Love is the greatest power in the universe. It causes to the stars to burn and the seas to move. It is the power that takes hearts of stone and turns them into soft and vulnerable vessels of light, happiness, and joy. We are one. We are love. And there is no force based in fear or any other appearance of strength or anger or hate or greed that will overcome the light of love that shines, even though it may be buried under layers of fear and doubt.

You are good enough. You can trust yourself and even more importantly you can trust God. Share the love you have in every way you can and you will be blessed beyond your ability to imagine. Love deeply. Love plainly. Love simply. Simply love. Be love, because that is who you really are underneath everything you have been told and have chosen to believe that is out of harmony with that truth.

And if you feel low on love, it is as available as the air. Let it soak your soul. Bask in the wonder of it’s healing. It’s there even if you have never consciously experienced it before. Seek it with all of your heart and you will find it as long as you are willing to persist until you find it and after you find it.

GO BE THE LOVE YOU ARE!

Here are the keys to achieving holistic success. And by holistic success, I mean that you have what you want and want what you have (and are really excited about all of the awesome things that are coming your way as well). It also involves living from your passions and being willing to die for them if that becomes necessary. It’s about having a huge WHY for your life and seeing how everything in your life connects to that GREAT BIG WHY.

Every single person on the planet who is living a life of holistic success has followed the same formula whether they know it or not.

1. Know! Get as clear on what you love to do, who you love being, and what you love having in your life as possible.
2. Go!! Take physical actions that can help you move a little bit closer to realizing your GREAT BIG WHY.
3. Let Go!!! Fears, negative emotions, and limiting thoughts will arise. Let them go, knowing that they are not real, just interpretations that seem real to you.
4. Ditto!!!! Seek and allow for the formation of habits, relationships, and support systems that will help you repeat this process consciously and rapidly to gain momentum and ever-more-fully realize your soul’s deepest desires.

When it comes to letting go of your baggage and attracting your support systems developing your empowering habits, these can be done on the four levels of personal power:

1. Physical          The bio-body
2. Mental             The brain, mind, thoughts, neuralpathways, reticular activating system, brainwaves, etc.
3. Emotional      The energetic heart center or chakra, feelings, and emotions
4. Spiritual          The soul made in the invisible image of the Divine Soul of God

Go easy on yourself. Enjoy the journey. Trust that you are experiencing exactly what you need to life the life of your destiny. Whatever you are attracted to, continue to seek it even if you don’t see the point. Eventually you will, and when you get it, you’ll be able to look back over every moment of your life and know that it was all perfectly designed to shape you into the person that the world needs. WE NEED YOU MORE THAN YOU KNOW!!! I look forward to the incredible riches that you will be sharing for the benefit of us all!!!

Here are a few discoveries I have made as I as connect more and more to my passions.

Passion has the power to bend time and space.

I now experience time and space in ways that are pretty unusual to people who are living in fear. For example, I live what seems to me to be the equivalent of several years of my former self’s life in a single day. The amount of progress I make daily toward the realization of my goals is remarkable. Part of that is due to the fact that I don’t need as much sleep as I used to. Another part of it is that people are so attracted to my passion, energy, and enthusiasm that they are either interested in working with me, know people who are, or and interested in seeing how they can help me achieve my objectives. Of course I am also very interested in helping others achieve their dreams as well (I am a coach!).

Passion helps you do or refrain from things that in the past felt like sacrifices.

Passion has gotten me to a point where I eat healthier, take better care of my body, avoid doing things that do not move me toward my goals, and do more things that take me to my heart’s deepest desires. I not do these things without any sense of deprivation, loss, or lack. I do the mjoyfully because I see how they are helping me achieve my own dreams and make the difference that I came to this planet to make.

Passion increases flowand ease.

Things now just happen for me because I am impassioned. I do not need to fight, struggle, control, fear, plan excessivly, procrastinate, doubt, wonder if it’s going to work out, etc. I can now trust that I am on my path and enjoy the ride.

Let’s let go of everything that is keeping us from connecting with our passions. When enough of us do this, the world will be changed in a single moment!

Often when I am talking to people about the future, they tell me, “I’ll do [such and such a thing] once [such and such happens]” Usually they tell me they must wait for something (sell the house, the kids move out, the divorce is finalized, getting married, getting pregnant, retiring, et cetera).

Must we wait?

I’m going to be really honest here, and may push some of your buttons. Hear me out, and especially if I press any buttons for you, I highly recommend that you really investigate why you are so bothered by what I’m about to write.

Waiting to do, be, or have something that comes from your deepest heartfelt passion is not the right thing to do.

Every moment we put off taking actions toward living our dreams, we are holding back from fulfilling our destinies.

And now I can hear you saying things like,

• “But how can I when I have to do [this other thing I'm, dealing with]?”
• “But how can I when I have all of these responsibilities?”
• “But I don’t know how to do that!”

My short response is, “What do those things have to do with living your passion?”

If you are not taking inspired actions on a regular basis to live your wildest dreams, you are living more in accordance with your fears than your passions.

Here are a few examples of what people say and one possible follow-up question to help them realize that their lack of action isn’t about what they say it is.

“I don’t have enough time.”

“How much time does it take to make a phone call or send an e-mail?”

“I don’t have enough money.”

“How much money does it take to ask a good friend for some help with something?”

“I don’t know how.”

“Who could you ask to start showing you how to do it?”

“I have all of these responsibilities.”

“And how exactly are these responsibilities keeping you from taking one action per day toward what you really desire?”

All of these responses by people are excuses based on fears that are much deeper than the responses would indicate.

What’s the solution?

Let’s learn how to clear our fears and set up support systems and structures that will help us to take frequent inspired actions toward our dreams.

The statements that people make about why they are not acting toward their dreams are rationalizations created by their fearful aspects to avoid the truth. These lies keep people from recognizing the absolutely incredible powers that reside within them. They mask the terror of the fact that we are created to shape the world according to the fire of love that burns within us. They keep us numb to the pain of desiring something and experiencing the feelings that might come up for us if we fall short of our goals.

Go and live free of fear! Do what it takes to remake the world according to your passions!! If you don’t, who will???!!!

Most people, most of the time, have all kinds of doubts about all kinds of things they want, wish, or would like to happen. The universe is a magnificent machine designed perfectly to give human beings exactly what they focus on. So what do feelings and thoughts of doubt create? They pretty much keep things the same as they are. Doubts take thoughts, feelings, and intentions that could shape a different future and negate or nullify them.

The universe responds to certainty. When a person or a group of people commit all of their time, energy, emotions, focus, attention, and faith to generating an outcome for long enough, it will come to pass. Of course all kinds of other variables related to the impassioned efforts of others will play a part in the creation of the desired outcome to the extent that the second groups’ efforts interact with the first person or group’s vision.

If you want something to occur, happen, be created, be transformed, or be done; focus upon that desired outcome with consistent and persistent certainty along with a red-hot, burning emotions of faith and passion. If at the same time you take daily inspired actions consistent with the creation of that desired outcome, it will occur. It must occur. The universe must bend itself to the power of your unstoppable desire.

So why don’t more people experience the fulfillment of their deepest desires? Because they doubt and lack certainty. And why is this the case? If you have been reading this blog for a while, you know what the answer is: fear. Fears that we are not-worthy enough, good enough, smart enough, strong enough, experienced enough, whatever enough-will cause the universe to give us whatever will keep us in the realm of what we think we already know.

To transform our lives and the world, all we need to do is release all of our fears. I think that is great deal to bring heaven to earth!

Every moment of every day is chock-full of opportunties. To the extent that we are clear of fear, we can recognize them and act upon them helping us to fulfill our destinies that much more powerfully, effectively, and quickly. Fear blinds os to possibilities. It is like a defensive structure that stands between a person and what he or she  wants. It’s also like a person who is carrying a whole lot of luggage (AKA: baggage) through an airport. They are so tired out from dragging all of those bags around and so preoccupied with making sure that they still have everything, that they miss seeing and meeting Oprah in the terminal, or maybe the Dali Lama, Nelson Mandella, or Paris Hilton.

To achieve as much of our potential as possible, we much CLEAR THE FEAR. We must let go of our baggage and travel light so that we can speed toward our dreams and goals, realizing the unique vision that has been implanted within us for the healing of the world.

I have been thinking a lot about holistic success lately (okay, I already I think about it all of the time). In relation to this topic I have been thinking about the relationship between passion (love) and fear (every reaction we create—consciously or unconsciously—that is intended to prevent annihilation).

There is a good reason why more people are not more successful. There is basically an inverse relationship between the manifestations of passion and fear in our lives. To the extent that we allow our lives are ruled by fear, passion is less accessible to us. To the extent that we allow ourselves to be ruled by passion, our fears have less influence.

The reason this matters when it comes to holistic success is that passion moves us into a desired future quickly and effortlessly. Fear keeps us tied to the past and anxious abou the future because the future is unknown and uncertain. People ruled by fear interpret this to mean that without sufficient protections in place, the future could mean destruction. Truly successful people live according to their passions and act boldly to create the future. They trust that it they can make the future better through their efforts. They live more by faith than fear.

Let’s imagine that every single person’s spiritual center is like an indestructible light bulb that gives off a tremendous amount of light. It’s would actually blind us if we stared at it. This light bulb has perceived many threats to its existence over the years. Some have included moths being drawn to its light and smashing into it, people throwing covers over it or trying to unscrew it from its power supply (unsuccessfully!) because it was too bright, inclement weather, stones being thrown at it, etc.

To protect itself, the light created defenses to help it survive. It forgot that it was indestructible. It forgot from whence it came. It forgot the power that it was connected to. And so it believed the lie that it could die.

Its brightness did not decrease. It could not. That was its nature. Yet its surface accumulated layer upon layer of stuff intended to create kind of shell or wall of protection around it.

This layered barrier was heavy and dark. It was like mud or layers of paint were allowed to accumulate over the surface of the bright light, causing lessen its radiance.

To the extent that the light was covered, passion was buried and fear ruled that life.

I see my purpose in life as helping people to recognize this fundamental challenge. Part of my purpose is to help people learn how to remove the layers of fear so that their passions can be revealed and better expressed. This will lead to more and more people being ruled by love instead of fear. And when that happens, people’s lives and life on earth will be changed in ways that we cannot even imagine right now.

Be here now. There is power in the present moment. In the present there is no resistance. There is no fear. There is no anxiety. There is no guilt or shame. Now is perfect as it is. It is complete because it is the only real moment. How do I know this despite all of the apparent evidence to the contrary?

Over 15 years ago, I had a moment. It was not an ordinary moment (at least not yet). It was what could be termed a mystical experience, a spontaneous cosmic moment, a space-time mind-blowing moment, a profound experience of the broader possibilities of consciousness. Whatever it was, it came at the perfect time and in the perfect place to show me that what I thought was real was not. The Real is awe-inspiring in ways that the human imagination cannot approach. I know that my experience was beyond the confines of the power of my imagination to create. I could have lived a million years in workaday consciousness and never come close to imagining what I actually experienced in terms of a sense of union with the entire cosmos and the reality of the Eternal Now as a multidimensional reality. There are no words – try as I might – to convey the wonders that I experienced.

That experience put me on a quest that led me to many more wonderful and amazing discoveries. Again, things I never thought I would know or experience. When you have no idea that something even exists, how can you have any expectation that you will ever experience it?

But the main point I want to communicate right now is that the cosmos is always now. When we struggle against the present moment with our fears, resistance, doubts and rationalizations we are not in the flow of the moment. We are in conflict with the entire cosmos and the Creative Source of All Goodness. Right now everything is effortless. Right now, everything is changing. Right now everything is alive and vibrant and full of infinite possibilities. Now is the fulcrum for shifting everything for the benefit of all life everywhere.

Every good thing is possible, right now. There is no need to wait. Every good thing can be experienced right now. The universe and the Creative Source await our clear, singular, and uncompromised intentions to realize greater possibilities than we have thus far allowed.

The apparent limitations, challenges, problems, barriers, and structures that seem so permanent and solid only exist because people give their energies to their sustenance. When enough of us realize that every ridiculous thing humanity has created is not lasting or permanent but is easily and effortlessly changeable, these things will wither away or be transformed right before our eyes.

People are saying it will take so long for this or that good thing to come to pass. As our certainty is, so shall our experience be. Read that one again. Are you sure that what you think you know for sure is actually true? Are you willing to bet your life on what you think you know?

Let’s clear out all of the falsehoods we have accepted as truths. As we focus more and more with greater clarity upon all of the good possibilities that await our desire and trust to fully realize them, we become certain and those possibilities appear, not in decades or years, but in the present moment of our attention.

There is a huge shift in human consciousness on the horizon. In truth it has already begun. The time is coming when what I write will actually make sense because what I’ve just described will have come to pass in ways that will be impossible to deny. This shift may be experienced right here and right now for those of us who are willing to release our fears and live from our deepest passions and highest aspirations. There really is no time other than the present. Let’s make the most of it!

Receiving money for doing what you love is absolutely the best way to go for the following reasons:

1. It communicates to you and others the value that you have to give. It says, “I am worthy of doing what I love and being who I really am!”
2. Receiving money for what you love to do forces you to find out where people are really hurting and what they really want. Once you know these things, you can help them get what they want and/or stop getting what they don’t want in the ways that only you can.
3. When you are making money through following your passions and appyling your own unique combination of skills, talents, and gifts, you experience NO COMPETITION. Competition is only experienced by those who are not being themselves totally and completely. Competition is a reality for those who choose to play the same game as other people. Who or what can compete with the real you? If you are buying into the paradigm that you cannot make gobs of money by being yourself, then you will experience gobs of competition and not much money. The people making the most money and having the most fun experience absoutely no competition.
4. Making money in this way allows you to give and receive more. People who go all the way in acting on their passions become very, very wealthy in all areas of their lives. They experience what I like to call Holistic Success. Those who do not may get some money, but it is never as much as the passionate people, and it is a lot less fun to receive money for doing things that you aren’t absolutely crazy about.

You can choose to believe me or not. The only way to find out if I am right is to connect to your passions throughout the course of every single day, take actions that move you in the direction of living those passions more fully, clear the fears and not-so-good feelings that come up as you take these actions, and repeat.
